Balmoral Basalt is quarried from volcanic rocks and has tonal shades from black to grey. Balmoral Basalt has a timeless aesthetic appeal. Used by stonemasons and architects over centuries as a preffered material for indoors and outdoors predominatly due to its hardness and strength.
Applications for internal floors, external paving, pool coping and surrounds and internal and external walls.
Due to the nature of Basalt, it is available in various formatts, finishes and thickness to suit virtually any internal and external application such as indoor tiles, exterior paving, pool coping and surrounds and wall cladding.
We carry two types of Basalt ex stock - RB-FLWS and MS-WS.
Sizes ex stock:
1) 600 x 400 x 20mm Exfoliated for external paving.
2) 1210 x 350 x 40mm. Bullnozed pieces for pool coping and step treads.
3) Custom sizes available on order.
